Quotes come from your own packages and prices. The client gets one link to pick an option, sign the contract and pay the deposit.

Once the deposit lands it's a job, with tasks, deliverables and a pre-shoot questionnaire sent for you.

The client reviews the cut.
Send a Vimeo, YouTube, Frame.io or Drive link. They watch and leave notes on their project page, and the final files unlock once they've paid.
Step 6
You get paid.
Invoices go out on time, reminders follow up politely, and you hear the moment a client signs or pays online.
